  2. Can someone tell me.....is it possible to add the water points like a waypoint on an existing route? Or is there a way you can set up the garmin to give you an indication whats the distances between the water points or how do you guys remember the distances? Do you make a note and stick it to your handle bar? Just interested to know

  12. Hello, I have a question: I'm cycling for ± 6 months, for fun and to stay healthy. If I go cycling my nutrition in the morning consist of 2 or 3 egg muffins and bullet proof coffy, sometimes 2 fatbombs as well. Before I start I take 2 salt tablets and then one every hour while cycling. I also take powerbar gels every 45min. I want to know what about the sugar in the gels? Is it a no-go? I must add that the caffeine in the gels helps me with my energy levels tho. I also eat droewors while I'm cycling. I also add 2 raw eggs to my bullet proof coffy. Am I on the right track or any other advice?
  13. Are there any group rides on a Saturday or week days afternoons? I'm keen doing the green, red and finish on the green again or just the long green route.
  14. Thanks Hellwarp, 640m is quite a climb for 20.8km. When you think you done with Killer, the long green loop lies ahead with a steep uphill but the scenic downhill makes it really worth it! Want to do it more often.
