  1. I cant give the actual link to the intense http://enduro-mtb.com/en/long-term-test-bikes-2014/ but go there, click previous bikes and find the intense carbine 29, do some reading... yeah, you can count me out of anything carbon and intense.
  2. Well this is pretty http://ep1.pinkbike.org/p5pb12539340/p5pb12539340.jpg
  3. i like that bike for the exact reason other people dont.
  4. http://www.mtb-check.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/pole-bicycle-enduro.jpg
  5. then 29 must actually be spelt "29 and 650b" and im in fact mistaken
  6. ... and front triangle between the 26 and the 650, but hey, apparently that doesnt count.
  7. i got off my XL 26 enduro and onto meyhems reign, the shorter reach made it feel like a shorter, more poppy, playful bike, but then again the suspension was set up for someone heavier than me, so i guess only having like 10% sag will do that to a bike
  8. Hey, watch yourself!
  9. im gonna be posting my new 2011 s-works enduro here soon! very excited to be getting it sometime soon!
  10. Hey! my bike has a 69deg head angle! personally i think, with the trails we have in cpt area anyway, the more xc your bike is, the better, this isint france, our trails arent steep, the quicker your bike is over flat stuff the better imo... that being said, l wouldnt go below 120mm rear travel, but thats just because i own a fullface and want to shuttle too.
  11. is that that bike that had that little rubber shock mounting that had 1cm of travel cause the manufacturer thought that suspension makers werent doing a good enough job?
  12. this thread is so much better with pictures! http://cdn2.coresites.mpora.com/bikemagic_new/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/KONA13_day01_By-AleDiLullo-45111.jpg
  13. watched an interview where Gee said he couldnt keep up with his brother on this while he was on the fury down some dh line in wales but thats not why its there, its there because i dont want to be a hypocrite. same goes for this picture... http://ep1.pinkbike.org/p4pb11901693/p4pb11901693.jpg
  14. guys im just here for the pictures, stop slacking! http://cdn4.coresites.mpora.com/dirt_new/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/gt0.jpg
  15. cute. http://ep1.pinkbike.org/p5pb10869981/p5pb10869981.jpg
  16. does anyone know anything about a conti rubber queen? i got one and i have no idea where to put it jepers, sounds like the name of a cheap prostitute
  17. unsurprisingly i guess its the rear giving way first... although the way it lost grip almost reassuring, very predictable, and i could ride the grip nicely, probably because of some cornering lessons i got from someone once even the front of the bike, i could play the grip nicely there, im really growing to like these ibexs...
  18. i dunno if it was the tubeless or the new wheelset, but my bike now communicates its grip soooo much better! unfortunately its not as much grip as i was expecting/remember on loose surfaces like rhodes memorial spank oozy 295 trails laced to hope pro 2s for the new wheels ONZA Ibex front Schwalbe Rock Razor (SG) rear
  19. got a new wheelset the other day, it really ties in with my black on black on black colour scheme Spank Oozy 295 trails hope pro 2 evo 40t
  20. according to some dude who wears a shirt with no sleeves this is quite the little beast http://enduro-mtb.com/en/project-unbreakable-part-two-nobody-was-expecting-that/ EDIT: its that blue orange from above, wasnt meant to add suspense as to the identity of the bike
  21. hayleyearth wins with that collection!
  22. sho, more like cpt creative!
  23. the razor is generally not short of grip but the problem, and i think i touched on this when i got the razor, is what having 2 such different tyres does as terrain changes. its not uncommon for a single piece of singletrack to have everything from hardpack and gravel to loam and a bit of mud. having 2 completely different tyres means they react completely differently in each situation. i dunno, sometimes the grip just feels unbalanced and a bit unpredictable.
