  1. It gets really slow once our customs and post office get hold of it - but you'll be riding by September at the latest! [emoji23] Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  2. Only if your 500 is damaged? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  3. Just started the 10 week FTP builder - question - should I do FTP tests somewhere during the 10 weeks to ensure I'm at optimal power as FTP increases along the way? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  4. Awesome morning on Table Mountain, first time down there Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  5. I run 2 bar... But I'm 125kg so don't take notes from me! [emoji2] https://youtu.be/YBUilx1WDbg Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  6. Flip sorry to hear! What time did it happen? We hit bloemslang around 8 Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  7. I.e. all of them [emoji13] Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  8. Doesn't play nicely. Best way - start Apple workout on watch, and Strava on phone. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  9. Nice work. I was also blown away by the number of cyclists around Dville today! I get my Garmin to auto-sync with Strava as Strava definitely presents the info better and shares more easily. Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  10. Yes they have, thanks! I find you can start an Apple workout, wait for hr to come through, then start Strava. So both run. But it's a mission Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  11. Apple Watch users - so you have to sync with Apple Workouts to get points, but Strava is so much better - how do you use Strava on watch and still get points? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  12. Did you hit some vicious wind? We got slammed on Conties around 7:30... Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  13. So even though I didn't get a perfect seal on my coke bottle inflator, I managed to get it up to 90psi and pop both tyres onto the rim. Interesting, it wouldn't work until I took the valve cores out on the rims - needed to get the air in quick enough - the 90psi was enough but the cores were slowing the flow down. In fairness, it was a new tubeless setup - so there was no sealant in the system at all, and the tyres weren't glued with sealant to any part of the frame - always the hardest one to get right, and the coke bottle did it, so I'm happy. 14. Great idea - silicone never felt like right thing - it's for waterproofing not airproofing. Just have to work out how I get the Stans in around the valves without it running down into the valves... Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  15. Impressive that u got a pressurised seal with 2 valves in the cap - when I add a second hole and try to get a seal, it doesn't even take me to 40psi, even with liberal silicone application Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  16. So I'm a HEAVY (120kg) rider, never more than XC, but any dusty off-camber corner feels like ice to me - will a 2.4 tyre vs a 2.1 tyre make a big difference? Front and back? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  17. Conties on a pearler, with a light aircraft swooping low over the crest, wish I'd got to camera quicker, was coming over like 20m from the crest Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  18. Nice - been wanting to try that. How'd you get a good seal between the bottle top and the two valves? Looks like you added some washers, did you seal with silicone too? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk
  19. That may be your experience, but delinking and relinking has caused workouts to sync and awards points on many occasions Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yes I'd done it a number of times previously too, something's definitely broken at the moment - there are 3 of us having the problem now, hopefully it will get them taking it seriously... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Eek... should've trusted my competence I got the same random support emails that didn't take into account what I was telling them... they've now referred it to their tech dept.... will keep y'all posted as to what they say...
  22. A week ago [emoji24] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Dude perhaps if you clicked on Delink on the app you'd see the following: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Can't... Garmin devices only allow delinking on Garmin site [emoji24] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. Grrrr... I de-linked my Garmin device on connect.garmin.com but it's still showing up on Discovery Vitality page .... Discovery support clueless to help - anyone here know how to get it removed? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
