I too find Johann's posts informative, challenging, interesting and a straight talker. As to whether i agree or not, i'm too doff not to.

Battery run time 2 hours is enough for a casual ride but anything longer you have a problem, carrying a spare one at that weight is not an option. The charge time is also very lengthy.

Ya....thats what everyone thinks...and 80% of the time those backyard tuned bikes gets taken back to the LBS and costs the customer more than it would have in the first place.
