There were quite a few who overcooked some of the sharper corners from what I saw in A1 group, with quite a few hobbling back. Finished 2:37 after taking quite a big wrong turn just before the last river crossing, which probably cost about 4 - 5 mins. Hope to repeat that time on the road race.

You probably fell on it somewhere along the line or knocked it on a rock. It is a disposable part, I don't think it is a design or manufacturing fault and neither will Shimano.

If the goods are less than a year old when buying second hand, there should still be a receipt of the original purchase for guarantee purposes. I would guess anyone buying a garmin from a retailer would keep the receipt in a bottom drawer if it was a legit purchase in the first place.

if you can find any to buy!!! - I'm running the tubeless ready race kings on my 29'er. you need to bomb them on to get them to inflate, but once sealed they hold air fine.
