  4. Ask the tourist info place opposite the Protea Hotel in Clarens. They know all the local routes. In KZN go to Holla trails in Ballito, else Giba a bit further away.

  11. I have the same watch. Had similar issues and had the battery changed by Polar. Did you replace the o-rings when you opened it? Opening the watch damages the o-rings and the watch will leak on closure. Overseas you can get the service kits to DIIY but in the ZAR you have to send it in for repair. They all go to Intelligent Health & Fitness Products in Midrand. As a side, I struggle with the HR monitor bit - always get a battery flat warning (even the replacement unit). Maybe worth your while to phone the agents. They are pretty helpful. Intelligent Health & Fitness Products +27 11-805 1028 Service_Centre.IHF_PRODUCTS_CC@polar.fi
  12. Sorry to hear about your bad experience with MSC & your injury. As for quality service - you cant go wrong with Tool-Up Cycles. They are a bit out of your way though.
  13. Where did you get the vinyl from for interest sake? I can also recommend the Avery Fascal 700 High Performance Polymeric colours on Avery 700 Premium Film with Acrylic based adhesive backing for your purposes (or future projects). We use it for colour banding on pipes. It has a 5yr guarantee. http://www.intamarket.co.za/intamarket_graphics/avery_vinyl/avery.html
  14. Yoh-yoh-yoh, cant go wrong with either one of the two to be honest.
  15. Let me answer this one....
  16. Jeez. Relax a bit. You are allowed to be wrong from time to time.... Nobody's judging.

  21. 3 ways, of which 1 & 2 are already mentioned. 1) dremmel tool 2) cable ties. 3) if you are lucky enough to get your hands on these since they stopped making them in Dec 2012. EDIT: 3) variant mentioned by Hunter Hearst Helmsley above.

Handle bars on fixie is a KCNC Rampage I they good folks at Tool-up sprayed for me. Grips are Race Face. Fixie - most fun I've had on a bike in years!!!
