Morning All Weather permitting I'm planning to do my 1st ride at Suikerbossie on Sunday. The route from the Circus to the gate, is it "safe" as far as traffic is concerned? Regards

If I understand correctly, and from what I have seen riding there a week or so ago, the route will now be extended from the top circle above Toadbury all the way around back to Kloofzicht

This was my first road event; started in the last batch for the 108km route. I had fun till the top of the hill by Valverde. There my sense of humour decided it had enough and jumped off. From there it was just a matter off gritting my teeth and just keeping the wheels moving. My steam ran out on the last climb before the finish. For me personally a good indicator of the work I still have to do for the Argus.

Hi All I would like to do Breedts this holiday period for some base training with my son in preparation for his school racing season coming up in 2017. We'we done Breedts in the past on weekends and parked at the farm. My question is if parking at the farm is available during week days? Regards

I have no idea how long it would take for the group to move to the start, therefore the query. I watched a Video clip and the mass of people moving along was an eye-opener, this also prompted the query. If we're at the "Start Gate" (Circle D) by 7:30, will it leave enough time to make our way to the "Start Line"?

Some advise for a 947 newbie please. I'm riding in the W batch as part of a corporate team; start time 7:47 ... I'm also the "Team Captain" and am responsible for getting our Team together as much as possible so that we can move down to the start as one group. I'm thinking of indicating to the team to meet at the "B" Circle so that we can proceed to the start by 6:30 Will this give us enough time to make it down to the start as a group? Thanking you in advance.

Hi Your children's school need to enter their team and your children needs to be part of the school team. As far as I know a child can't enter on an individual basis. Contact MTBZA on their website as they seem to be running the race entries etc.
