So what you guys are saying is that rather get a headlamp vs a bike mounted option? Sorry I am new to this....

I want to but a Led Lenzer for MTB use. The L7, P7, M7 and T7 all come with bike mounts. Anyone here used any of these and which would you recommend? The headlamps look good too, but the battery pack will not fit around the helmet, or has someone found a way to sort this out? Thanx in advance.

Maybe get the passport renewed now as I heard on the radio this moning that the price of passports is going up from R200 to R400 from next Friday.

I eat well, but feel that I need more fibre in my diet as I battle to be regular. I eat muesli in the mornings as well as fruit and veg during the day. My question is it OK to use products such as AIM Herbal Fibreblend to increase the amount of fibre per day? They also have a product called Fit 'n Fiber which gives 12g of fibre per serving. Any thoughts?

How about a good cyclist and runner goes and runs for an hour and measures HR, Calories etc over that time and then does a comparable test for an hour cycle. Obviously on different days. I think that the difficulty will depend on whether or not you are a good/efficient runner or cyclist. Time IMHO doing either would be the fairest test.

I find this interesting. Surely the lockout on the dual makes it climb like a HT??? 1.5 kg or so weight difference can be made up losing weight around gut....... how many guys can really feel the diffence in weight?

Hi Guys Nice website. I am new to this. Have been cycling for a few years, but nothing too serious.I have just upgraded my bike and want to do some races at some stage. My question is which Thukle system is recommended for a Toyota Fortuner. It is not listed on their website as a guide, so I was wandering if there is anyone out there who has this setup?
