  1. Good question 🤷‍♂️
  2. Right!!!!!
  3. On another note, the liqui moly service guys, did anyone else have to pay R300 for gear adjustment?
  4. So the river section has a few trees that had fallen and have not been cleared for two weeks. On one of the bridge sections I've had to move a tree that had fallen over and this was middle of the week and in the afternoon. The reed section, the reeds are so long and are grown that the hang in the trail and slice you up nicely. Some sections the grass is so over grown that you can't see the trail and the trails are mostly over grown. I end up riding only parts of routes. Some TLC would make a huge difference
  5. This place needs maintenance! I am reluctant to go there and do my weekly ride tomorrow, but seeing as there was a race there on Sunday I am sure some work has been done. Is there someone to contact?
  6. The thick grass on the 22km was a serious energy zapper!
  7. It was a difficult choice when purchasing either second hard tail or first ever dual suspension. I am soo glad I went with the Dual sus
  8. I'm putting back together my other MTB well once I've replaced the fork I'm using. Its a Mongoose, entry level, but more on the higher side of entry level with hydraulic breaks and tubeless rims. Can anyone recommend someone that would appreciate a MTB like this? I would sell it for R4k but would rather see the smile on someones face when receiving it. Thanks
  9. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BEST!!!!!!!!!!
  10. now that must of hurt! The scorpion!
  11. NO reason to try them out, IMHO I prefer Seattle, Starbucks was like having a wimpy cappuccino
  12. I thought I was the only one experiencing this! Resting heart rate is elevated by 4/5 beats indicating i'm on the way to getting sick, but its been like that for the past week. Did a "have i got flu or not ride" last night in Moder reserve and woke up not sick but still with the same elevated hear rate and feeling fine :/ I don't wish to be sick though.
  13. HAHAHAHAHA Thank you sir for your attempted effort at trying to get fit and healthy, you get a big fat 0 for your effort today, please try harder next time - Regards Discovery. What a joke!
  14. It varies between 120 and 140 depending on programme for the day. I am 33
  15. Hi, Just a question which I can't find on the thread and if its been brought up please direct me. Every week at least once a week I get on my indoor bike and do sprints. The total amount spent on the bike including warm up and cool down is just over 60 minutes. I do wear the apple watch each time to record time, heart rate etc, however I get zero points for it to add to my active rewards. Is this correct or do I not have something set up correctly on my phone?
  16. It literally seems to be getting worse, around every corner someone/Institute wanting to screw you over, if not more than one!
  17. Thank you! Will go play with GC and find out where to sync!
  18. That is a good question, I guess in the beginning I was using strava to verify distances etc... I've never tried that, where would you sync it with strava?
  19. I don't know if this has been brought up. I use a garmin edge 500 and strava when riding. I could never get my heart rate to link on strava. Last night when I started strava up boom it showed my heart rate, not accurate but its there all of a sudden. Not a complaint just an observation. Anyone know how it would have happened, more curious...
  20. I've used the ODI Rogue for about 1000km's now and I really enjoyed them, however I am often in my rides left with a numb feeling in my hands. I have just changed over to ESI to compare, did a 70km ride and experienced the numbness less... Maybe it was just in my head? Anyone else experience the same?
