  1. Like AL said totalcycling, in fact they've got some nice deals there on stuff you can't get here.
  2. 1500, not a bad price!
  3. Almost like you imaginary friends on the net?
  4. I agree with you on this SP, the difference was really driven home when I started doing 24 hour races. After the first 2 my ass was ripped open and bleeding, not cool, and I changed shorts about 4 times to try and alleviate this. Then I got the Assos, I refused to remove them and my ass was sore but certainly nothing like the other encounters, more bruising than chafing.
  5. Yeah, I have Nalini and Santini as well, alas for it doesn't come close. Apparently the top end of the Pearl Izumi's is the next best below the Assos, can't speak from experience though. Like I said, I will reserve judgement on the Vermarc until such a time as I have some to try on a proper ride, not one of these pissy little 4-5 hour rides, until then, the Assos is king.
  6. Yeah, they do to a certain degree but when you're on the saddle for bizarre amounts of time then the shorts make a huge difference as well.
  7. Did they actually use the top of the line Vermarc's in that review? I'm asking because I don't know their range at all.
  8. The thing is, the main competitors are not going to race the George/Sauser combo because they are not in the race and their result is irrelevant? This just sounds like a bunch of posing and big talk from people trying to save face, a little silly and childish really.
  9. Alas, the others in that list are not the best, the Assos is, man I wish they would sponsor me! This is the only reason I wish I was a Swiss racer!
  10. Yeah, sorry Barman, got a few pairs of shorts, once you use the Assos F13's your life is ruined.
  11. I'm gonna start looking sometime soon as well, if you find them at a reasonable price let me know. And screw them, they're yours, use them to go to the bloody shops if you like!
  12. It was CCS (same as Cannondale), don't think they're doing them anymore though.
  13. Yeah, but did you get someone to check your setup though? Can be very useful?
  14. What made you think it was too far back? Where is the kneecap in relation to the pedal axle. TitusTi2007-03-26 08:09:37
  15. Use TraumHeel as well, homeopathic stuff, works ok. Less invasive on your kidneys.
  16. Have you tried making sure that the new saddle is the same height and has the same fore/aft position as your original setup?

He does seem to have had a hard time staying upright, I think he's tanked it in all of his Mtb races this season? Please, correct me if I'm wrong?

Is this thread still going? I thought I gave the answers already? Sell a kidney, buy a Titus?
  20. What bike do you have? Is it a 20 Kg downhill rig? If not, you don't need 203mm rotors unless you weigh maybe 150kg's? Get the right tool, use it the right way, always works.
  21. Hey Muxman, get a coach. Best investment I have ever made, it has saved me so much time it's almost ridiculous!
  22. That's the one!
  23. There was a dude on here a while ago enquiring about the interest in this product? He's the same guys that does the Q rings, don't know his name though?

It is an FSr design afterall, it should have pedalling and bump forces isolated. I don't think it's the best execution of the design but it is a nice one nonetheless.
  25. Yeah, have to agree with Spinnekop on this, the one that you like the look of most is the one that you're gonna ride the most.
