  1. Nice choice in bike!
  2. Its funny how everytime someone brings up nasty hubbers or chirps or whatever. its mostly you who replies first and changes the subject and takes the spotlight off you or whoever it is reffering to... dont like it do you?
  3. That is really really nice!
  4. I agree with the fact that he was bust and believe me i also have my doubts having read up on the drug and how long its in the body and all. that for sure leaves me in doubt and i would also like answers as would many people from TCS. I am however saying, im sure Crux will get to the bottom of it and you'll have your answer. but i was merely saying that if eben didnt tell anyone then how would anyone have known before hand?
  5. Windbreaker, take this into some consideration for a second... When moses duenos was bust at the TDF, it was to claudio cortie's surprise. managers do not have a complete strangle hold over there riders and cannot force anything out of them but what they believe to be the word of truth from the rider. move on buddy. find something else in your life to amuse you.
  6. 19 pages of mostly the same thing that was said in the first 5pages. its actually getting away from the fact and original topic and just getting nasty in every way and form. its boring. its been dealt with. move on.
  7. The reason i have not commented is that i have immigrated to aus, to finish study and be with my parents and siblings. so as being abroad i do not know the full story as much as the next person in the team or any of the hubbers. Yes i feel upset at the fact that i now will be seen by others and words of cheating will be spoken behind my back. thats to be expected from the human race i guess. its how some of us just are. but i to am disappointed and angry and hurt too. I have cycled for 10years and only end of this year did i start riding elites. Most of the TCS crowd i am good friends with and i know why they are a part of the team and thats cause they love being apart of it. I, even though overseas, will continue to ride for TCS as a club because they have done a lot for me and supported me alot and Crux has often let me disturb his day at work to borrow wheels or a mountain bike or handlebars or what ever it was i needed. how many managers or teams would do this? few would. so obviously lots of people will still wanna have a go at TCS and label us all. but maybe think bout it a little. cause like ianj said if a rider from cyclelab was busted, would you sling mud at everyone riding in cyclelab kit?
  8. looked fun! miss being in SA. checking my options and maybe wanna come back. cause not coping here too well
  9. Behave now knappy. cause you know chilli will sort you out!
  10. Yes i can understand your point and agree with you in some respects but part of the hubs aim as a forum is to get experiences from others and news on stuff. whether it be bad or good or service or product related. On a positive note Andrew or Allie can also use this site, as they do to better their service so that it ends well for both parties. it just happens that the complaints all happen at one time. but like andrew did say at the MTN bike park pre opening for the hubbers is that everyone's views on service and all that is appreciated and helps to better cyclelab the business as a whole. so dont see it as a b1tch session but more as an informative outlet for those angered by the service but also a way of cyclelab to view the complaints and work on them.
  11. In a customer service industry like cycle shops. helping customers and turning over a sale is how your business runs. In my honest opinion, I service all of my bike and do my background learning on the product and shop for prices. In my honest opinion, Cyclelab is way to comercial and way too over priced on most of their items. They also seem to hire people who know the book of how to bullsh1t a customer off by heart. Cause the cr@p i've been told has been soo far fetched its incredible. in my honest opinion. Dont use them, dont waste your time. There are plenty of bike shops out there, take your pick.
  12. what a petty they are specialised tho. nice collection!
  13. cool will have to speak to them first and get back to you. cause i dont like the other stuff they use here.
  14. cool awesome.!! thanks now all you gotta do is send them to the south african shop in perth australia so i can use them here while racing!

  17. Modder.....jy't nie lekker gedink oor hierdie een nie...... So.......you gf does the servicing....you do the stripping......and the "shifter" would be..............? Seriously... Leave the leavers until they do not click anymore and replace the springs. Small little spring.....cost R20 and R100 to fit Wow Mud Dee im impressed. you got your girlfriend trained really well!
  18. im living in aus at the moment and it has just been the most emotionally beautiful day today! Wow it is good to be a South African. well done Proteas!
  19. and to be ridden. ha ha ha. no use leaving it inside and taking photo's of it. we want photo's out on the dirt trails.
  20. They are so busy trying to take over the retail side of cycling and drowning all the other shops, that give way better service that they cant even get the basics right. My cousin, waited 3weeks for his S-Works road shoes, lace system to be done by them, they lost his number 5 times, and it never got done, so we went to fetch them and take them to a better shop. they never apologized or anything, and dont worry next time i see andrew, i'll tell him straight. I know hundreds of people that hate there service. so dont worry, you are not alone.
  21. PM the Russian he has a few at his shop in northcliff.
  22. Hey tokenfreak. We need another set of brake calipers on the market here that compete in weight, with zero gravitiy's cause they just way too expensive!! i have seen pics of your stuff. im sure they'll sell.
  23. Ok, well Sonic and i swapped all the bearings and the washer with an old rear sl. and well, its done the trick. no knocking!!!! YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
  24. i agree, if you cant ride it, dont. and if you do, your brain has probably already assessed the dangers. so its your undoing if you come off. so if you want an easier route, that person must go build a bridge, literally, and get over it.
