Had the same problem, i took my whole seat post and seat apart, undid all the screws ect, cleaned them all, put them back in and tighened them hard and wiped my seat post with a dry cloth and the inside of the seat tube (where the post goes in) also q-20 the post a little, rub it in. Hope this helps!

What do you guys think of the Shimano SLX derailer's and shifters and possibly even crank for DH? I have been looking and asking around and slx sounds like the best value for money option, any advice would be appreciated

Haha, I apparently have/had a blood clot in my leg (artery) and everytime I try push myself, my leg just starts to cramp and its not from a pull

Im no expert but id say your arms go numb because all your blood goes to your legs so that the blood can circulate by your legs faster to give your leg muscles more oxygen

Hey everyone, im looking at buying new rear and front derailers and shifters. I need some advice and comments please! I would like either Sram x9 or Shimano XT for all mountain use. Which is the better value for money route, and which will suite me better? And then finally what prices would I be looking at, for both new and second hand products. Any tips or advice would be appreciated Jason
