I only did 40km on Sat. Then did the Medallion 106km plus 80km TO and BACK home. Did my regular trip to Town on Monday morning, a good relaxing ride. 30 km average for the 20km into Town, 40 mins. Then took a slow ride back home, 26km ave, 50 mins.

I am Raving about a Product. I am also asking where you buy your Drinks. It is more about info than trying to sell. John
