Velouria Now I am going to flame you. Endurance riders will tend to have more Fat??? You give me Any distance, bring it on. I will have my normal Drink on the bike and thats IT. No extras for me. I am not shy to put down the Hammer. When you do see me, you will agree, I am very Lean. I am still cutting every day.

For starters. I am a Roadie, I am addicted to bicycles. I am 38 but as active as a 23 year old male, clinicly tested. That is close to half my age. I weight 75 kg on a bad day. My height is 186m. My body fat is 10%.

I cycle any where. Have been the last 7 odd years. If it is to go to the Shop or to Work. My commute is 20km one way, either 09h00 in the morning if I have a long day or 16h00 in the afternoon(short day). Returning home at 02h00 in the morning. I carry a day pack / Camel pack with me and take a fresh uniform every two days in to work. Lights, I have found a light fitted to the front of your helmet is a lot more visible than a handle bar mounted light. Joke. It was raining recently, that heavy storm last month. I stopped at the petrol station, I had my Camel pack covered in its raincover(yellow). Here this Call out Electrician comes and asks if that is a Parachute that I am carring???

I cycle from Plattekloof, Panarama Hospital through Milnerton to Cape Town and back. Not on a set time table. At all Hours. Yes you need to be aware off any Dangers. That said, I have not had much trouble besides the Drunken in the Road. John
