My wife got them ( 250 us dollar about R2125each ) and had them sent to friends in the states ( shipping in the usa is free ) and they kindle DHL'd them to me at no charge . This is for the Hero2 HD outdoor ok so im under correction , not quite half the price R 4250 for both(R2125 )each and i found them in SA for R 3999 for one , shoot me.

Fantasic peace of kit . Had mine since Dec 11. Done the new software upgrade recently and love it . I use strava to down load mine too . justt to add, i have used Polar for years and Suunto and this Edge 500 is to me the way to go.
