Up in jhb i have been able to train right through winter ( except about 7 - 8 days in total ) last weekend i was in shorts. I dont know how you CA guys/galls live down there and keep going through winter .

actually i think you will need to replace quite a bit . The PBR , that you are after is a push button system The remote one you currently have is a hydrolic system so i think you may have to replace the top stage of the internal cartridge . i have the pbr and have opened it for service and its nothing like the remote system . i could be wrong but call omnico as said . good luck

You need to buy the replacement internal on a lefty to be able to remove it . the replacement unit will make it look like the pbr and the pic above . its not so simple on those , contact omnico and see if they have stock then you will need to take it to a left service agent to get it swopped out .

got new xt hubs on my SS , they sound ....well nice BUT my Dale as some hope evo 2 's on and that sound is wicked!!!

You want loud , change the hubs. Hope , Chris king .............. it's the only way . Shimano hubs get quieter as they get older .

Im in for the second year now Its like riding at Thaba trails but with much BIGER and longer climbs , so the tyres you use there will be great at 3 towers. and yes bring your climbing legs !!!!!!!
