ive used mr min to clean my matte finish de rosa SK for 4 years the finish is exactly the same as the day I got it - no shine or gloss effect at all maybe it just messes up cheap paint jobs

the crank arm is marked Custom ? or any of the actual components like brake calipers ? seems more likely you will find the groupset markers on components like brakes and derailleurs the crank is probably a Sakae Custom and the rest is suntour

I would like to claim special skills with the leather bars but I hang with some of the "ou manne" experts from the days and a combination of tips from them and google and it wasn't so difficult to get done

agree alero / tourney /brakes look like diacomp / wheels look like bolt on 27,s early 80"s id say also SLEWK - are the rubber hoods actually torn ? they look OK for the age if they are dirty and a little hard and cracking massage them with Q20 oil it will revive the rubber and those Peugeot levers possibly never had rubber hoods to start with (I stand under correction)
