  7. clean it first so you can see whats what - you going to need to strip it/clean parts regrease /replace bearings in BBs and headset etc so clean and strip off the parts first get wheels checked/trued and hubs serviced i would recon once its clean it wont look so bad (i wouldnt imagine respraying it would not be realistic just leave the "patina" its part of its history like wrinkles) new chains/cables nice old simplex and huret if you are missing things i would imagine they can be found on bikehub lekker old peugeot i like saving them also
  8. see the excuse works on you .........
  9. ive spent most of my adult life in gyms, sports and cycling and no one ever offered to be "helpful" it seems somehow doubtful a junior rider (read young person) would know where to look or what to look for unless they had some one close to them offering advice or substances...assuming he "just found this stuff himself and gave it a try " is very naive ..however im pretty sure thats the excuse he will use because apparently it works on everybody .
  10. you can buy coke and e at a party or on the street , performance drugs in cycling are a bit more difficult to procure so someone close is obviously helping out pathetic to see a juniour doping (its pathetic to see a senior also but junior is worse)
  11. Bredasdorp take the R319 out of town and turn onto the gravel toward De Hoop nature reserve about 5 km out of town on the right - many many kilos of quiet gravel to Malgas onto to Swellendam and Heidelberg etc you can map a basic loop or just return the same way staying off the R roads
  12. no no no no Mamil not..bombs you have to have a shitty plastic pump with a screw on rubber hose that keeps twisting and coming off the valve and that takes so long to pump up the wheel that it leaves you a shuddering wreck covered in sweat on the roadside ..............authentic dude please lol (kidding)
