  1. Ive had the same problem in the past... Gravity could be the problem... Our lower back has alot of pressure on it constantly therefore its the most common place to ache. Try for one week to hold yourself on a pull bar for a few minutes. You dont have to pull up if you cannot. It will take that pressure off your lower back. Hope it helps.
  2. Hi I have recently started my own channel. Not much at the moment but hoping to get it running. Like, share and subscribe to get me going. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC18T_psMh3ru0iZOk-138OQ Thanks
  3. how about this? This sale price was the previous rrp https://www.cwcycles.co.za/product/icetoolz-universal-bleeding-kit-54r2
  4. It's amazing how things become more expensive when they go on sale. It was mentioned last year as well yet the same being done. Are we fools? Rrp up so the discount can seem better. And there has been items that where on sale during the year for cheap and now on sale for the rrp
  5. Can't navigate on site and only 10min into the sale
  6. So if you have some extra cash you can take a gamble and invest in Bitcoin but if its cash you cant afford to loose then dont take the gamble?
  7. So I've read that mining isn't always the best option. You have to buy the miner and equipment and also electricity cost to run it. So if I didn't want to mine would it be any worth if I should just invest in the bit coin? Also what are the cost VS the gains
  8. i have seen on the VWS that volunteers can join in the winter months. Seeing we headed for fire season so early is there still a chance that one can join to help keep the line?
  9. This seems to be a good option.... Help if you can take a second to get contact details and hopefully you will feel better knowing you completed and helped someone as well. For me personally there is nothing better than 'PAYING IT FORWARD'. Its what we should teach ourselves and our generations to follow. There is always that time that you fully stocked with everything you need and then realize you forgot something small. Mountain bikers are normally out there in nature, looking at the wonderful views and everything that is on offer by mother nature. Lets not forget our fellow humans. Hopefully next time you pass someone you will think about 'PAYING IT FORWARD'.
  10. Now this could be the cause..... trying to show you better than others. Humans downfall. We all do it.
  11. How will you know if you don't ask? Assume?
  12. Thanks for your thoughts. What happens when you the one on the side?
  13. I have always told people mountain biking is awesome and the crowd that goes with it. After doing the K2C i noticed that this year has change much from last year. No matter where i am riding if i see a fellow mountain biker standing i will always ask if they OK or needed help. On many incidents they need help but don't want to inconvenience to the next person. I have given tools, tubes and just about any little help i can to help the next person complete the event or get to there destination. I noticed that less people are doing this. Has it become something of the pass or is it more about chasing time?
  14. The guy with the melted carbon rims is a famous bloke. Heard many stories about the same incident. If it was the some guy he should get a medal.
