A super light is just the bike! Don't worry, they've excluded all the ski jumps and major drops. Your wheels are on the ground 99.9% of the time. This is a race for everyone, although if you're fit with good good skill, you'll enjoy it even more. DON'T MISS THIS, IT COMES ONLY ONCE EVERY 365 DAYS!!!!!!!!

I'll second Pappa Bear. The Ghost Mankele Avalanche is happening in 2 weeks time (9+10 July). Best trail riding event on the calendar, loads of fun, awesome atmosphere, not too big and unpersonal (even the organisers themselves take part), open to everyone and did I mention the BEST trails!!! see you there

If you can't make it this year, try do the Ghost Avalanche @ Mankele on 9+10 July to give you an idea of what it's all about. Even better you only do the downs without the climbs.
