I have DMT's and just got the Specialized Road Pro.....AWESOME, the Specialized fits a lot better than the DMT's. You can try North Stars if they still make it.....

i personally think that time is a much better way to check your training than to look at distance.

8-10 hrs is enough.....our races in cape town is only between 85km - 100km, so no need to ride much longer. if i have a good week i will do a max of 12 hours
