you really get to know someone when money is involved......ask me....I know....things can get nasty.....amazing how the "soft" people get aggro when they have to owe or need to receive money! I really hope this could be solved in a proper manner....or else.....

ek kan nie glo dat mense training so complicated kan maak nie...powetaps, 60% - 70% HR, moet bonk hier.....moet nie eet hier nie. Ry soos jy voel...jou body sal vir jou mooi laat verstaan wanneer hy nie hard wil ry nie....dit gaan oor kwaliteit en nie kwantitieit nie. Ek gebruik net 'n HR....dit gee my darem 'n indikasie hoe hard ek my intervalle moet doen dis al.... Dit is party keer amazing om te voel hoe lekker 'n ride kan wees as jy nie 'n HR of speedometer op het nie.....dan geniet mens die ride rerig baie.....OK mens voel so bietjie "kaal" as jy nie daai goed op het nie maar dis nice vir so "once in a while".

surely it is not that bad if he said that. if you so upset with it why did you not ask him there why he is so unhappy/irretated with the kid? remember you own kid is never a problem.......before you understand me wrong....i do not say the dude was right by saying that. the other day i went groceries shopping...this kid was making a $%&^$ noise like you can't believe(parents was standing there as if nothing is wrong or maybe check why is he making such a noise) after a while i got a bit tired of it so i ask the laaitjie "why the noise?"....then the parents wants to *** me out because I must leave their kid alone etc. so ya.....just think parents get a bit upset too quickly about little things like that in life...there is much more important things to worry about thatn that.
