  1. Eish bad Luck Eugene. Hope your recovery goes well this time
  2. Don't get me wrong. When I say it's steep I mean it is for my own pocket as I have to multiply everything by two due to my wife also competing. I think it's a brilliant idea and I think it could work. Good luck
  3. It's a great idea but I think 3 k for both races is a bit steep
  4. Blue bull supporters
  5. I will remember to invite you to my next party
  6. I just take my wife with, she tells me exactly how much I have had to drink every half hour
  7. Bump
  8. Haha just as slow as you to respond to this thread
  9. You say the N14 is boring. Where else in Johannesburg can you go that isn't boring? Just a question as I was there the other day and it all looked boring
  10. I have never lived there but I can offer the following advice. Don't wear pink jerseys
  11. Speak to vetgat
  12. I think by labbelling myself a "Non-smoker" all of a sudden my whole mind set had changed as well.
  13. Sorry Caerus don't take this the wrong way but that bold bit is your problem right there. You programming your mind to always have something to go back to. I stopped smoking by reading the book by Alan Carr. I don't know what actually made me stop but whilst reading that book I became pretty excited to stop, and once i did stop all I had to do was keep reminding myself I am now a Non Smoker.
  14. Your wife is going to moer you again. Stop selling her bikes

    Rugby...

It was a solid performance by the Boks to beat the Scots however there is still a lot of work that needs to be done if we want to beat the All Blacks. Players that stood out for me were Willie, Dwayne and Louw was also all over the park. Bakkies didn't have a bad return Jaques Fourie is still a bit to quiet but hoping he steps it up soon. Now lets hope we can end the tour off with a win against France

  18. You can, it is a bit bumpy down Maitlands tho. Having said that i Have gone down there close to 80km/h before. Others go faster down there
  19. Good thing you only had 2. Look at your spelling
  20. Eish bad luck man. Unfortunately part of the sport
  21. I hate climbing, but if I had to choose one climb I would choose Maitlands over and over. The views you have from there are really amazing and before you know it you are at the top. Once you at the top you are rewarded with a nice down hill

I like the team. Very solid
  23. I reckon IMSA offices have been very busy this past week with all the entries for the main ironman have been pouring in. Maybe take your wife down to the registration and race and let her get a feel for it even tho she cannot participate. Maybe it will make her even more hungry to get involved next year
  24. These 1 post wonders
