noticed that as well...attention to detail etc is a bit lacking... that village area is totally exposed to the heat elements...

Good to see the @CapeEpic on tv this am...the coverage is excellent...Paarl is hot ( as expected ) but the northern hemisphere had a decent day as well...cool and crisp...lovely day for a bike ride...routes are dry and fast...

Not in Cape Town... Last am ride in SA for a long while...it's been a good sun run...

3hrs in the legs again today...and never forget the coffee stop...simple things that keeps a cyclist happy on his holidays...beauiful morning...

Double bike session...road and then a coffee run to test my little legs on a mtb frame...nice to be just on a bike in the peace and quiet of countryside..have a great weekend all..

Another day...another ride in the sunshine...this irishman is happy...escaping the gloom of the northern hemisphere...

Good to be back on familiar roads...road bike...picking season...heavy tarmac...sunshine...terrible cycling legs...happy cyclist here...

The sun arrived...cold but good...the mud..the slippery bits..the lack of grip..the spill landing spot that you see..another day.. the lack of the hardtail..let's keep smiling today

..I sometimes ask for a reason to own and cycle bikes..today ...two conversations..a bike collected after some work done..poor..another issue not resolved..but then being lucky to have a bike...others not so lucky as me..I need to ride bikes to remove stress and try and be a good human..gives me time...sometimes that is what we need...

We follow the sun...it's out...Gentle ride on the full suss...the hardtail needs a bit of work done...

...anything but sit on the turbo trainer..last spin during this break...will be glad of better weather...the mud is sticky...bike taking the strain.. this bike is great...getting older but great fun ...
