On the road again...and then got mugged by seagull 😀

Post night shift.. a few hours sleep....clear the head..

Rest of the day off...you might find me having a beer somewhere

The bike weather is improving...when you get the Monday chance to ride a bike...you take it..

A bit of a explore yesterday...windy...hills...I felt my lack of fitness...

Post nights urban spin...very quick but good vibes feeling

When Saturday becomes a bit better

thinking seriously about the 2027 edition...2 week holiday...hopefully sunshine...

the discussions will always happen....and hopefully all in a good way

it has been awful for months...a few good days recently...difficult to get the cycling bug in a consistent fashion

stunning part of the world...that descent would absolutely terrify me...

Been too long since we said hello to the road...

Winter has been rough here...days off means rain...alot of rain...yesterday got a gap in the weather...windy but better than rain...

its about reducing the incidence of risk...be selfish when it comes to personal risk...avoidance and looking over your shoulder because you don't know whats really behind you...and as for those runners in the image...worse...selfish...adults should know better but adults dont always make the best decisions...seen too many times...

the giant....because of the drive train...try and ride both...both are appealing...give the dealers your best offer...

take care with iron and taking it...it has have negative effects on your body as well as positive..

The legs are hurting...the milage and time on the bike increasing...

Lets not worry too much about our winter weather... finding a new route today...great am on the bike...rain...coffee..sunshine will come later 😀
