I cant believe you have this too?

I woke up on monday with this and was devastated.

I planned on being on the bike this whole week just to flush the legs etc...

Have not been on the bike since.

I used Arica Gel and Deep heat and used the RICE method

Rest

Ice

Comression (did not do this one)

Elevation

it has worked well especially the ice, leg is almost 100% today I will attempt a spin tomorrow, was very tempted for this morning but can feel still a twinge in the right calve when I stretch it.

Hope you recover soon,

Same here, also havnt cycled since the weekend....

I used some Deep Freeze gel, burned the crap out of the muscle but feels better today, will only go for a relaxing cycle tomorrow and a cycle on the trainer tonight, just to keep the legs fresh...

I found that when I applied the Ice pack it burned like hell as well.

Keep it on ice and elevate your legs when you laying in bed, worked wonders today it almost feels 100%

Gonna also do the IDT perhaps at least you can control the environment and not be phased by wind, for this type of recovery/ flush the legs.

Hope we 100% for the J group on sunday man. :(

Wow, same thing two weeks ago, mild calf strain....Took me 7 days to recover.

RICE as mentioned above and transact pads....works very well, not the cheapest but considering you are doing the argus, get some.
