Contact them but don't expect the bike back wihtin 6 weeks. the process they use takes forever! There are several ways to do the repair depending on heat and layering technique. The Carbon repair dude who advertises on the hub seems to be able to turn them around much faster. Oh and it'll cost a fortune.
