Cheap, try R450 subs excluding cyclosport for our club for 2008.

Popeye, ek is nie lelik met jou nie, maar ek soek DRINGEND 'n straight antwoord en lyk my poison het dit.  Ek soek dit so te se uit die perd se bek sodat ek my maatjies kan dwing/oorreed om die regte liksens te kry.

 

Wat reels betref is ek heel OK om hulle te volg AS DIT NET DUIDELIK IS van die begin.  Net omdat iemand dit op die Hub gese het maak dit dit nie eintlik bindend as ek voor een van daai baadjie manne staan nie...

Lees die info wat handel oor die lisensies.  Dit kan regtig nie meer maklik en eenvoudig gestel word as daar nie.  And thanks to Andrew and Ali for puting all of it in perspective so nicely.

So se jy nou vir ons dat mense wat die Argus ge enter het met n cyclo license sal nie in die Vets, Master en Ladies group kan weg spring nie? Maar wat van as hulle n Full lisence kry in die mean time, sal hulle dan eers weer vrae voor hulle jou seed soos hulle met die Burger gedoen het Poison?

Poison, dis amper beter, maar ek sukkel nog steeds om die Full licence 'Classics' requirement te lees in daai dokument.  Klink net na provincials, nationals en toere ('and such' as ALREADY in place)

Just as another point: TheYak went to PPA this morning to apply and they never told him cyclosport is not good for vets for the Argus(!)

and even worse: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ONLINE LICENCING AND AS FAR AS THE KNOW THERE IS NO PLAN TO IMPLEMENT ANY SUCH THING!!!

Dis hoe ek dit implementeer, dat die Argus/Shova/94.7 is one day stage races en die ander wat "toere" of multi stage races is, val onder UCI regulation en dus het jy daarvoor 'n full license nodig.

 

Die vraag wat jy jou self moet afvra voor jy aansoek doen vir 'n lisensie:  gaan ek serious wil race, of gaan ek 'n PPA league/funrider wil wees in 2008:

 

Serious racing (SA's/prov's/ Argus/Knysna/Shova/94.7) =  full license

PPA league/funrider = cyclo sport

recreational rider = recreational license

so, as jy nie aan 'n klub behoort, sal jy moet aansluit:

 

+-R200 lidmaatskapsgelde, +- R450 klubkit extra.

 

 

 

Daarom seker dat ouens by cyclo lisensie wil bly en nog steeds geseed wil RACE in VA, VB Masters racing groepe etc.

 

 

 

 

 

Maar dis duidelik dat CSA hulle reel meer duidelikker moet stel en die minimum requirement t.o.v lisensie, spesifiek moet noem wat benodig word in die Argus , 94.7 ens.

LICENSED GROUPS: These groups will be limited to the fastest 200 riders on index (100 Masters) who have a minimum of a Cyclosport licence. Age groups are per UCI age categories for men. Licensed women with an index of 16.5 or better will be invited to participate in the Ladies Invitation Race starting with the Licensed Vets (40-49). Please have a valid licence by 10 January 2008 to ensure you are seeded into one of the licensed groups
