no but i come pass Bfell on stellenbosch arterial on wednesdays

I will be interested, i just need to be back at 6:30am, so why dont we start something? MTB or Road? What route you have in mind? I stay next to Old Oak rd

We are group of between 5 and 8 doing 3 times a week, 04:50 on Teusdays and Wednesdays departing from robot on Brackenfell Boulevard and Bottelary, down to weight bridge K'Joostenberg and back or similar say 40 km's, back by 06:20 at latest depending on group.

On Wednesdays we depart 04:45 from robot on corner of Cecil Morgan and Bottelary, and the do Polka into Stellies, and these days turn round and come back as Kayamandi seems to be a hotspot. say 45 km's with some climbing back bay 06:20.....

Welcome to join in. Mainly mtb's but roadies also welcome.

I am currently down here in B'fell on Business for two weeks and I brought my Mtb with. Can anyone suggest I round trip route from Old Oak road that would be safe for me to ride on my own? I am looking to ride about 1h30-2h00 per day. (Morning or afternoon)

Do you want to cycle on the road or off? How far up Old Oak are you?
