It is impossible to say as there are literally dozens of carbon manufacturers and they have numerous moulds which can be adapted on request.

However, this is a time trial frame and wont be suitable for normal road riding...

But i agree...no name...often chinese/taiwanese...not necessarily bad quality

I know guys that ride these no-name frames in PE, nothing wrong with them. Not a frame just like this one, but the "Chinese no-name" kind of frames. There are a few MTB frames that are catching my eye as well. Under R4000 for a full carbon frame with carbon post, bars, etc. Can only be good.

that there is a skinny bike frame.

But in all seriousness... when one looks though a catalogue like the Taiwanese Bicycle Source you'll see quite a few of these no-name frames. You'll also see components that some people think are 'fancy' here (like KCNC). Fact is, there are many tooled up factories in Taiwan producing bicycle goods. Some get branded as a name you'd recognize, some get an exotic name like Fong-Wang-Chung, some get no branding, and some get sent to SA branded as Volcan :P haha!

MissionS once explained it as this. The factory runs for 24hrs. The main shift is when they make 'Prestigeous Brand'... the next 2 shifts the factory owner realizes he can still make money, so he keeps manufacturing and these are the no-name brands. Maybe these 2nd and 3rd shift workers are less skilled, maybe they're half asleep... but probably not.

Having spent a massive chunk of my life in S.E Asia and China, I can attest that most factories do offer run-offs. If it looks like a European one, smells like a European one, in most cases it is.

On the quality aspect, it all depends if it's a second/failed QA or just as I mentioned above: a run-off from a big run. Great quality if you don't fancy spending an extra 2k (euro) on some paint and stickers for the same thing in most cases.
