They sell them. My boss rides Chris Froome's Bianchi from Barloworld days. It's his 2nd standby bike so it never really saw any action. Got it for 2000 euros.

 

I won't buy one unless you know the team mechanic and he can get you one of the newer less used bikes.Even less so for a TT bike if you see what power these guys put onto those cranks.

Some of the bikes are only used a handful of times though- those are the ones!

I remember Way back in the day when people still knew who LANCE was there were some alegations that they sold bikes to pay for the rocket fuel

At least now that he"s gone I can kind of look at trek again..
