Giant Posted April 29, 2011 Posted April 29, 2011 If any of you have time (and preferably a back up vehicle) the down hill on the otherside of Black mountain is wow.The last 10 km's are not steep and follow a growing stream.

Sepia Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 Yip, think it was you I saw going up when I was coming down. Road conditions not as good this time with ice on the road from the warm weather. Plenty loose stones, and one puncture. 4 and a half up (again!) and 65 down - with ice and puncture. No Maluti at the top which was terrible! Enough Sani for me now!
Thug Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 Did the Sani Transfrontier race in 2009 with a rigid fork. Only really pushed a couple of hundred meters from the top when I lost traction. Finished in 3:46 and lost 17min on the downhill cause of the rigid.
