Seeker911 Posted May 16, 2011 Share I cant believe. I had the entire week off while resting my left calf and all was looking good for a Monday avie 10k. Sunday morning about 3am I wake up my right calf is cramping and I am in extreme pain ? Got some slow mag from chemist today. Hopefully this will sort out this issue.
