Ladies training rides Benoni area

Does anyone know of any any early morning road rides in the Benoni area for ladies specifically ? I know Tour De Frans has a ladies ride on Wednesday mornings but no other days.

Nope, but some ladies rides with the Sunward park group. Fit Shack also has a few ladies, not sure when they ride?
