So I did a tubeless conversion on an Alex DP17 rim using stans yellow tape and a Bontrager screw in schrader valve. I'm having an issue with the valve leaking because at first the end was too wide and thus didn't fit flush on the inside of the rim, so the geniuses who installed it filed the edges but now it cuts through the rubber still and still leaks...

Anyone know of any other manufacturer who makes a bigger valve to lock into a schrader valve rim hole?

Shot a lot

Had the same problem - i.e. could not find Schrader valve.

Went to motorcycle/scooter service shop and asked for an old tyre.

Then cut out the valve (got o-rings from local hardware store)
