Had a pair of Anatomic ones that i got for my birthday a few years back, and quickly got to be my favourite socks which i wore for every race. Somehow they managed to get lost quite some time ago, so when i needed socks in Bloem before SA's (i somehow forgot to pack in three pairs) i went down to Mud's shop and bought me some "PRO" ones (that's the brand by the way) - really cool! And i don't think it's to hide a "lack of calves" as someone commented - geez...when a guy's got nice calves those socks just make them look better. Style is wearing Crocs or slops or white lycra with attitude and getting away with admiring glances. Like Styleman says: Style is an attitude, an intrinsic value. I can't help but think of the long socks and safari suits when I see cyclist swith long socks. A best forgotten era !!!
