U can ride the Spuit. We go from Fratelli's in Blairgowrie to top of Northcliff hill and back, during the week. If u go down the back of Northcliff Hill u can hook up with Alberts farm and then jump onto the Spruit.

i ride a loop starting in linden, riding to delta park for a lap, then to emmarentia for a lap, through to alberts farm for a few rocky hills and then head up the koppie for the sunset.

Depending on the route it can take anything from 1 - 2 hrs. Great ride. pm me if your interrested, i might joint you one evening!!!

you can ride the spruit... a 50 km ride from N/cliff to Rivonia N/cliff.. Flatish and fun...

A drive to Teak or Van Gaalens is about 50 mins and northern farm is about 30 mins, bike park 15 mins drive or 10 mins ride from the spruit end in Rivonia.

There is a lot of other stuff to ride too.

Just remember that anything that looks like mud on that ride is at least partially human excrement, especially if it is running TOWARDS the stream.

I always suspected as much... whatever that mud contains it is generally not that pleasant to ride through.

If you in Northcliff, go up Northcliff hill to the water tower a few times. not offroad but good climbing practise. There are many routes, just keep choosing the road that looks the steepest.
