Lightweights are probably the best around at the momement. Of course if the wheels cost three times more than the bike, well then maybe Zipps should be your choice.

Got this 58 cm PARIS down to 6.6 kg with Lightweight wheels.

PINARELLO Paris frame, fork and seat post goes for about R28000. Price is similar to the C50 if I recal correctly.
