I tried to count but ran out of fingers . . . .

 

Actually we need either a hill or an alleyway to slow people down enough to count. I'll try harder next time :-)

I did a bit of an estimated count while we were stationary for a while at Ellis Park. Problem was I couldn't really see the whole crowd. I reckon it was well over 800. Maybe even close to triple figures.

 

When we went around that park in Mayfair it was amazing to look back all the way down the way we had come and all the way ahead and see a continuous row of lights - as far as the eye could see.

I recon there must have been around 1000 people. Even the Rosebank crowd was a good few hundred.
