She is CRITICALLY ILL, milt has been removed, broken arm and rib punctured lungs, severe bleeding on the brain,  Doctors say it does not look good.

 

Elsa asked me to organise another ride on Saturday 15 Dec 07 7:30 from Karstens to Montana Hospital to hand over a bouquet of flowers and then to have a SLOW ride towards Rossylyn and back

 

Who would be interested in such a ride,  I think the whole Cbist team( those who are available) will be riding together. Elsa also asked that if possible could people make a finantial contribution this is going to cost

Hereby a quick update.  <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Desna?s condition has improved slightly, she still has pressure on the brain but it has been alleviated.  She has moved her leg and arm so she is not paralyzed.<?:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

She is in a medical induced coma to try and alleviate the pressure on the brain.

 

It looks as if we have again arranged a Metro Police Escourt 65 % chance

 

The route will be 7:15 from Karstens cycles down Zambesi drive Right into Dr Swanepoel Right into the Hospital Parking Area there we will hand over a bouquet of  flowers to charles have a short prayer and immediately leave back to Dr Swanepoel right into Zambesi Right Lavender Left At Onderspoort second total garage in Rossylyn u turn and back. Past Onderstepoort left into lavender right into Linveldt Left into Airport, Right Dr Swanepoel, Left into AmandelBoom which becomes Enkeldoring Left into Bougainvillea Right into Breedt straat left into Zambesi Back to Karstens Cycles Speed 24KM average .

 

We will be riding in ONE BUNCH, no fast riding or aggressive riding will be allowed

 

Donations can be given to Elsa Karstens.

 

General Airways Pro vets team is taking part, Some of the CBIST ladies team will be joining,  All riders must PLEASE RIDE IN CLUB KIT.
