Ok so can anyone give me tips on seting up the SID RL, if I use the manufacturers recommendations it feels like my wrists have been hammered.

 

This negative and positive air setting are just making me negative lol!!!

 

I prefer a fork that set up a bit soft, for the smaller bumps, rutted type of stuff.

 

Please advice would be much appreciated!!

 

I weigh 78kg and are riding a Scott Pro 29er!!
