Have'nt been riding there myself, but I see they fenced the top section (between Shopping Complex and Dam) Dunno if all of it is being fenced or not. DJR Posted December 15, 2011 Share Anywhere you have to pay or go throug a controlled access point is safe (Tokai, Silvermine, Meerendal, Contermanskloof, Hillcrest). Where access is open, free and there is no control, limited muggings have occurred and it is advised to ride in a group (Rhodes Memorial to City Bowl, Majic Forest?).
