Seat Post Dropper

Hi guys,

 

Just got a dropper seatpost and realised it means my saddle bag wont fit?

 

Where do you carry spares an stuff on a bike fitted with one?

Dont want to use bottle cage as this is specifically for shorter rides where I dont take the camelbak?

 

Any suggestions??

Do you have space for 2 bottle cages? Then you can use the 2nd one as storage.

Thought about it a bit, you probably have a fs bike if you have a dropper, and probably no space for a second bottle cage. Get a moonbag to carry the spares

moonbag - yes well I guess pushing the bike back is not so bad after all

 

patches - my office near majik and I often whip out for a quick round at lunch. dont want camelbak cause a pain for such a short ride.

Seriously, dude. If you're worried about space to store spares, use the Camel. It's far easier, and really really is no hassle. Otherwise get yourself some panniers, a bright green & pink polka-dotted bag and trundle around the trails like a nancy-boy.

 

Both are solutions. One just makes you look like a c0cktonsil.

If you're running tubeless chances are you'll hardly ever need "stuff". Haven't used a multi-tool or anything close to it for quite a while while out riding.
