What size bike do i need??

Looking to get a road bike. Im 5 ft 8 not sure what frame size to get. %4cm ? I ride a small MTB but could ride a meduim sort of borderline small/medium mtb.

Your best bet would be to go to a bike shop and actually sit on the bike. They should be able to take some measurements and do a fitment as well. Or if you want to do it online you can try Fit Calculator

Depends on the brand too. Giants tend to be smaller than some other brands.

Depends on the bike geometry and the sizing of the brand. Go into the shop where you intend to purchase the bike if you buy new and let them do a setup, best way

Thanks andre that helped very simple way to measure. Look slike im a 53cm bike man. Now who wants to sell me a 53cm road bike budget between 4-5k?
