Any advice on how I can obtain an ER24 Sweat Band or similar medical emergency identification product?

The only 2 options I can seem to find for the sweat band are:

  1. Joining cyclelab club or
  2. Having a cyclesure policy

There doesn't seem to be a stand alone memebership option?

Hi

I'm not sure about the ER24 band but I have ordered from http://www.iceid.co.za in the past for me and some other family members that ride and they work quite nicely. Order online so its pretty easy.

Hope that helps

......It seems I am slowest typer of them all. At least its unanimous

No harm in having an ICEID and a sweatsafe. For just a small amount, the medical cover of the latter is a great deal.

Don't listen to him... he's just accident prone!

So, seeing that iceid is the way to go, what is the best option for a cyclist?

The sweatsafe is not a bad idea if you do not have medical cover.....

TinyK, I use the ICEID, its great as its a velcro strap that I have on my wrist. The speedy service is great to.

I've notice people putting ICEID and SweatSafe bands on their bikes. Very silly. What if you're shot in a hijacking and are seperated from your bike?

oh yes, the nice thing, is its a once off cost and can have all the relevant details on it. No monthly fees or anything like that.

Because of the strap, whne you are not riding you cant take it off.
