So Mr Gove strikes again!

 

For anyone out there in the cycling industry / world that have any questions on the Cycling Widows Trust, it is a legal trust which has been started by a very reputible company in Durban who manages a vast number of trusts. It's just unfortunate that Darryl is apart of it and nothing has materialised.

For a trust of this nature to have credibility it is important that the trustees are all independant professionals of the highest integrity. With the track record of the trustee mentioned in another thread with issues of lack of integrity in business dealings, I think the idea of contributing to this fund is a bad one.

 

Great idea that should be set up as a non-profit entity by a legal or accounting firm with total transparency in terms of all financial matters.

Mr Grove is striking back again....the cycling widows original board of trustees bailed..... Mr Gove failed as things were not gelling.

 

He has quoted on face book

 

"So we have been quiet for ages, this is because we have had to sort out some serious legal issues which put the whole trust on hold. We have signed new trustees on and are now just awaiting the papers back from the master of the court. Sad that people can stop something that has been started for good, because they have selfish goals."

people smelt a rat - he is in for a quick buck as like cycle sport magazine, taking money from people for something that never happened, besides that he has a bad history of been a con and owes money every were....
