A few of my friends are participating this year, so tommorow it is an early moring for us, to help them get all their stuff ready at the start line. I live 1.2km from the start, and the wind is pumping at the moment. Lets hope the sea is calm tommorow morning. I am sure that the athletes that put in the hard work will be on such a confidence high that foul weather will not derail their performance. Apparently if the conditions are deemed unsafe for the swim, the format will be changed to 14km run/180km bike/28km run. I will try to post updates on the weather from Hobie beach tommorow morning.
