Kallie. Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 (edited) A bit off topic but I was just wondering, has anyone ever been successful in requesting a better start group for these smaller events? The reason I ask is because I am starting in DL and my training buddy is in HL but he is equally as strong as I am (if not stronger), so I am considering begging and pleading the people at registration if he can start in DL as well (or at least something a bit earlier than HL), but I am thinking I will just be wasting my time?
