My husband and I've started MTB this year and we want to compete in the OFM Classic MTB race. Is there perhaps someone who can help me out with a route plan of previous years? I can't find a single one on the web, except the ones for the road race.

The Kloofeind road shown on the map is quite a drag for about 6 or 7 km, and the wind should be from the front. That piece can hurt. First 20km till you get there ares ome nice flat singletrack in the veld. Stuck in the mud has some nice technical parts, no serious climbs. Then Brandkop has techical parts and some climbs, but the part down next to pellissier is mostly down with a few rough spots.

The route does gets harder the closer you get to the finish.

No offense but there is nothing hard about this route. But I hear what you say, the single track they brought in at the end is going to be fun
