There will be others who believe otherwise to the path you follow. The trick is to tolerate and respect their culture / traditions and beliefs and educate your children that these things do occur. The topless chick / woman (sounding more like a bag to me), thinks it fun or the norm to walk around topless. Shame on her for scarring so many people expecting a better pair. same for the mankini guys - that has nothing to do with dignity. Their dignity is intact I am sure. It's just something that you would feel ashamed / scared to do. Let them have their fun.
